The American Pharmacists Association (APhA) today announced the selection of the APhA Fellows as part of the 2021 APhA Awards and Honors Program. 

More than three quarters of pharmacists plan to be vaccinated with one of the COVID vaccines, and 60% will be set up and ready to vaccinate patients as soon as the vaccine is available, in a recent nationwide survey of 400 pharmacists conducted by the American Pharmacists Association.

The American Pharmacists Association (APhA) is expanding career opportunities for pharmacists by growing its portfolio of postgraduate training programs. Building on the success of the APhA Foundation Executive Fellowship in Association Management & Leadership, which is funded by the Knowlton Center for Pharmacist-Based Health Solutions and provides broad association management and executive training, APhA will also begin recruiting for a new 2021–2022 Executive Residency program.
