APhA2020 Cancellation Update

We are excited to announce that have an APhA2020 Virtual program available.

Will I be refunded for my registration fee?

Yes! We are refunding 100% of your registration fee, including any administrative fees. Because of the high volume of refunds, we plan to have all registration refunds processed as a soon as possible, but at least within the next 30 days.

If you did NOT get an email from us on March 25 informing you of your refund options, contact nwhatley@aphanet.org.  

We appreciate your patience with this process. 

If we already requested a refund and were charged the processing fee of $100, will this be refunded?Yes! We are refunding the processing fee to provide a full refund.   

Are you refunding Pre-Conference workshop fees?
Yes, we are also providing 100% refunds to all APhA pre-conference workshop registrations.    

How can I cancel my hotel room reservation?
If you booked through APhA’s hotel vendor, Expovision, your hotel reservation has been cancelled. If you have questions, you may reach Expovision directly if needed aphahotels@expovision.com, (888)-876-2742 (toll free) or (703)-205-6205.  

If you booked your hotel independently, you should contact your hotel directly.

Are you refunding flight or other travel costs?
We are unable to provide refunds for travel expenses.  Please work directly with your airline.  If you purchased travel insurance, please contact your provider for information and next steps.  We apologize for any inconvenience and challenges this may cause you.  

Will APhA2020 Continuing Education (CPE) be available to me?
Yes! We are excited to offer APhA2020 Virtual—which will feature more than 50 hours of CPE credit and more than 10 hours of live CPE credit. 

Meeting registrants may dedicate $249 of their refund to the purchase of APhA2020 Virtual by April 7. If they don’t wish to purchase the virtual meeting, they will get a full refund.  We hope to make this program available in by late April. Individuals who did not register for APhA2020 will be able to purchase the APhA 2020 Virtual program when it is launched.
