We're waiting eagerly for HCR language from the Senate Finance Committee and we're working with the three House committees focused on HCR to get favorable language. Our lobbyists suggest that Senate Finance may wait until the House is on recess and the Senate is still in session.

We had a rapid turnaround request this afternoon to provide MTM language to one of the House committees, thanks to Craig Burridge, the state executive from NY, our own relationships and the pharmacy stakeholders coalition letter to the House tri-committees. Once included, we'll do our best to support its passage.
