As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, I want to pause for a moment and reflect on some of the blessings in my life. At a recent meeting, the APhA Board of Trustees reviewed my performance this year and affirmed its confidence in me as chief executive. I am grateful for that, but I’m much more grateful to the hard-working staff we have here at APhA. Without their continued dedication and stellar efforts, I could not possibly be successful, and our profession would not be making the progress we see each day.

This week will be spent with nephews, nieces, sisters, and extended family in Sistersville, WV, for our annual Thanksgiving gathering. I hope that you will likewise count the blessings in your life and enjoy a day of feasting and relaxation with your families and loved ones. Happy Thanksgiving!
